Sasa is an alias of sake, and it is called "Sasa-like sake" which can be between "ori" and "sasa" above, called Sasaori, the best of sake As a part, only Brewer secretly caressed it. Commercialized in 1986 to let customers taste the taste which this breweries has prized prized as it is. It is a fragrant Namasake with a Tokubetsu Junmaishu "SASAORI" charged with raw rice of high precision, which can be tasted only in this season.
