GOMENSHU
A refreshing sour taste, drink with food
Junmaishu which increased umami with low alcohol temperature kept lower than general sake by low temperature fermentation. Since Otokoyama was impressed "Gomenshu" by the Edo shogunate, it became this name. Featuring gentle taste with a refreshing sourness, compatibility with meat dishes is outstanding.
